Materials are at the heart of our work, our research, our execution. Used thoughtfully within a designed space, they can elevate, accentuate, support or drive the experience. Functional, beautiful, humble or arrogant, materials are integral to the user’s impression of a space. In the last several years, we have been embracing, discovering, learning about and specifying more and more sustainable, recycled and circular materials in all aspects of a project- ranging from 40% to 100% recycled materials- destined to rise again when- and if- they are discarded.
